Xavier Asperge graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST). He served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before joining the European Commission on Schengen II and Visa projects, was head of the unit at the Ministry of the Interior then deputy director for software development for the Social Ministries, focusing on digital transformation. Appointed Director of Technological Expertise and Information Systems at ANJ as CTO in 2021, he also oversees technical requirements for gambling integrity and security and operators’ IT systems approvals and accompanies the ANJ into digital innovation with a current focus on web 3.0 developments.
