Valerie Spicer, Chief Gaming Officer at Vetnos possesses more than 35 years of gaming business experience. She has held a series of key leadership positions including Executive Director of the Arizona Indian Gaming Association (AIGA); CEO of Gaming Strategies Group; and Vice President and General Manager of San Diego’s Borrego Springs Bank. Spicer has worked to promote the Tribal enterprise structure for the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians. She has   Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Ceridian and Comdata Corporation in the areas of new business development and client relations. 

 

Throughout her career, Spicer has been recognized by the industry and her peers. Accolades include being honored as a “Great Woman of Gaming;” receiving the Proven Leader Award from Casino Enterprise Management Magazine; being honored by Arizona Business Magazine as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business and being named one of the Top 25 People to Watch by Global Gaming Magazine. Spicer’s expertise has also been recognized internationally, with speaking engagements on Tribal Gaming at the annual ICE London Conference.  

 

Vetnos offers a revolutionized approach to sports gaming. Focusing on revenue generation, and user interface optimization - while addressing the needs of a diverse market. Valerie’s expertise in product development coupled with her experience in Tribal gaming, were essential to her work on the development of a Class II sports themed app for the Indian gaming industry.
