Siobhan Lane
Siobhan Lane is a senior global gaming executive with a track record of driving business results through strong strategic and executional alignment, with a focus on building high-performing teams and an engaging culture. Ms. Lane currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaming at Light & Wonder, where she oversees all aspects of the company’s land-based Gaming business, demonstrating an innate desire to bring teams together to do their best work. Prior to being named CEO of Gaming, she served as Light & Wonder’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and led the North America region of the Gaming business.
Throughout her distinguished career, Ms. Lane has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by Global Gaming Business, one of the Gaming Industry’s Most Influential Female Leaders and, most recently, was named to the Global Gaming Business 2023 25 People to Watch List. A strong advocate for women in Gaming, Ms. Lane serves as the 2nd Vice President on the Global Gaming Women (GGW) Board of Directors.
Born in Ireland, Ms. Lane graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business and also completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
