Paul is the founder and CEO of Crucial Compliance, which is a one-stop shop for all regulatory compliance needs with a wide range of services from bespoke regulatory technology to audit and international compliance consultancy. Having spent 25+ years in global corporations and leading on Governance and Operations such as GVC, LadbrokesCoral and Bwin.Party, in 2019 he started to set up his own companies and migrate from corporate life into becoming a full-time entrepreneur. Paul and his companies work extensively in Europe, Africa and Asia and in 2023 opened up their first African office in Kigali, Rwanda.  Working with a group of experienced people with unrivalled expertise and capabilities across diverse industries and business functions he focuses on managing change and driving innovation to create sustainable businesses. He also sits on external boards (NED) and offers advisory support to budding entrepreneurs around the globe, specifically within the ESG space.
