Luke been with Flutter / SBG for 4 years now, leading their Safer Gambling Strategy function making sure that every moment is safe for customers. This covers everything from improving expertise through research & expert partnerships, to ensuring investment in the right areas to make sure tools and products are fit for purpose, working with other operators and industry bodies and championing customer safety across all brands. Previously Luke has worked for 18 years in the financial services industry, mostly within Credit Risk making sure that lending was responsible and customers that were lent to could afford to repay.
