With an expansive career in Tribal Gaming, Deana has specialized in Operations, Marketing, and Project Planning, holding pivotal roles as a General Manager and Corporate Marketing Executive. Her comprehensive hands-on experience encompasses the startup and expansion of diverse business ventures, including two casinos, three hotels, a convention facility, RV park, restaurants, and even an Organic Cranberry Farm.

Recognizing the importance of research and planning to drive business success, Deana likens operating without a plan to embarking on a road trip without a map – feasible, yet longer and more costly.
