Ms Caroline Kongwa is currently heading the National Gambling Board (NGB) of South Africa (SA), which is positioned as a leader in the regulation of gambling in Africa. She has extensive experience in the legal field and has an in-depth background in development of legislation and management of public interest litigation, regulation, governance and strategy within the public sector.
