Drawing on the success of the inaugural 2017 seminar, we will be continuing the conversation and providing an update on the many initiatives that sprang up over the last year, aimed at addressing the challenges of creating a more diverse workforce within the gambling sector. The business case is there -- research has demonstrated that more diverse company boards produce 53% higher ROE, 32% higher ROS and 66% higher ROI – but what are the steps to take to achieve a greater diversity?

The afternoon sessions, organised by Global Gaming Women, will feature a keynote by Sarah Harrison, CEO of the British Gambling Commission, and focus on leadership and driving the change from the top.  Global Gaming Women is a charity designed to deliver educational programmes and events that support, inspire and influence the development of women in the gaming and lottery industries.
