Please note that this is NOT your final registration: your request will be processed and you'll receive an email to confirm your registration status soon.
Press Admission Policy:
ICE London is for B2B trade media only unless under prior agreement with the organisers (Clarion Gaming, part of Clarion Events) or if they are the guest of an ICE London exhibitor. In this event the host exhibitor has to provide the organisers with written undertakings to take full responsibility for the behaviour of invited non-trade media.
Consumer media arriving at the exhibition must go to the press registration desk situated at the entrance to ExCeL London (Custom House) and sign the legally binding ICE London T&Cs governing their behaviour onsite.
Exhibitors will be required to collect their invited media at registration, be responsible for their actions at all times, escort them from the show, take receipt of their entry badge and return it to ICE London Press Officer Chris Jones.
Consumer media must provide written confirmation that all film taken at ICE London is the intellectual property of the organisers (Clarion Gaming, part of Clarion Events) and cannot be used or broadcast without their prior permission.
In the event of a member of the non-gaming media gaining access without the above permission or if they have gained entry using false information or credentials or have deliberately withheld information, they will be ejected from the exhibition.
Entry is at the discretion of the ICE London organisers who reserve the right to exclude any person(s) without prejudice.
Media Attendance at ICE VOX (Feb 6th – 8th 2023)
The new masterclass format was introduced in 2022 and has been enhanced in 2023 to offer exclusive content and a more comprehensive ICE experience. It is made up of our two flagship, world-leading conferences - the World Regulatory Briefing (WRB) and the International Casino Conference (ICC) as well as 4 in-depth masterclasses over four days.
Gaming industry media can access ICE VOX on Monday 6th February to visit the WRB or ICC, but will not have automatic access to the Masterclass sessions on the remaining two days. You will need to have your ICE London Press Badge to gain access - you do not need to register for ICE VOX.
The masterclasses are targeted events that are participatory in nature, restricted in size, and focused on the segments they represent, namely “Modernising lotteries”, “Enhancing the iGaming customer journey”, “Entering New Markets” and “The evolution of safer gambling”.
