We have been talking about the need for more diverse and inclusive teams and the business case behind it for a number of years now at ICE and other events. The commitment and buy-in is there from a majority of companies in the sector.


It’s time to move to action and implementation. This workshop will look beyond the top-level discussion to actionable advice.


A 3 Step guide for leaders, managers, decision-makers and HR professionals looking to introduce or establish a framework for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Using a combination of traditional and interactive learning, the session aims to provide practice guidance on implementing the framework for an effective diversity and inclusion strategy.
