A former lawyer for ABLE - Brazilian Association of State Lotteries and accredited by the Chamber of Deputies to represent the interests of state lotteries. Author of several legal articles on "Games/Gaming and Lotteries" in Brazil and of the book "Loterias no Brasil" (Lotteries in Brazil), published by Fórum Publishing House in 2020.
