Barreto joined Spectrum in 2018 overseeing operations and growth strategies and serves on the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) executive director team. She is the Chief Financial Officer of due diligence firm, NFC Global. She completed the prestigious Center for Economics Fellowship program and was named a top 40 Under 40 by Emerging Leaders of Gaming and Global Gaming Business in 2023. Barreto holds a BA in Accounting & Finance with a Master of Professional Accounting & Financial Planning from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and Executive Education from The Wharton School.
