Ionuţ-Valeriu ANDREI is the General Manager of Loteria Română, one of the oldest state-owned companies in Romania, since 2022. He started his career in 2008 as an Adviser in the Ministry of Communication and Information Society. Before joining the lottery family, he was a State Secretary in the Ministry of Communication and Information Society with a focus on the digital transformation of Romanian public services. Since he became involved in the lottery business, he had the goal to consolidate the position of the lottery on the Romanian market through innovation, technology, efficiency and safety to enhance player engagement. One of the most important projects as General Manager of Loteria Română was to implement the online lotto ticket sale.
