I have worked in the industry for just over 10 years so have seen a lot of change since I first started, I started my gaming career in customer service at BET365 and to now Head of Compliance and MLRO, several of those roles were in tier 1 operators.

I joined Grace Media in March 2022 as the Compliance operations manager and was promoted in January this year into my current role, during this time I have also completed two ICA courses and passed a UK Gambling Commission audit in April of this year.
